My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” or told what to do, it’s about understanding what’s been happening for you and finding ways forward that feel manageable and realistic.

In our sessions, we’ll take time to explore what you’re experiencing emotionally, physically, and mentally, working at a pace that feels right for you. Some people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed or stuck; others arrive wanting clarity or space to think. Wherever you are, we’ll start there.

I work in a flexible, integrative way, tailoring each session to your individual needs. This may include talking therapy, grounding techniques, or solution-focused hypnotherapy, depending on what feels most helpful for you at the time.

My promise to you is that you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and curiosity, without judgement. You don’t need to have the right words, and you don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before we begin. We’ll figure that out together.
