COUNSELLING FOR LIFE CHANGES


Life is full of transitions, and while some are expected, some can be quite sudden and navigating them can feel overwhelming. Many people experience stress, anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt during periods of change. Even positive changes, like starting a new job or becoming a parent, can bring unexpected challenges. Through counselling, you can learn tools to adapt to new circumstances, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
